My case was horrible due to the impossible insurance company and case management support / lack thereof! However Lou and his team made me feel heard/ important even in times I was frustrated and let go of my decorum. During this workers comp case , which was a very trick one because I was a traveling nurse at the time , I experienced a lot of hardships that Lou HIMSELF helped me navigate. I’ve dealt with attorneys and paralegals before & I can truly say though my paralegals were great , I spent more time talking to Lou than I did anyone else! He was able to secure me exactly what I needed in order to attempt to put my life back together! Though I have a long road ahead of me one thing is for sure ,I hope I never get injured again but if I do I’m definitely coming back to them because they are and have always been incredible to me!
