I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vivid Dental, and I must say that the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Once I was taken back for my appointment, I was immediately impressed by the modern and clean facilities. The dental technology they use is state-of-the-art, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of care I was about to receive. The dental technician who performed my initial examination was not only skilled but also took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. The dentist (I wish I remembered his name) was equally impressive. He was thorough in their examination and took the time to discuss my dental health in detail. What really stood out was their ability to explain complex dental procedures in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel more at ease. The treatment plan they recommended was clear and tailored to my specific needs. Overall, my visit to Vivid Dental was a fantastic experience. The combination of a friendly and professional staff, advanced technology, and a highly knowledgeable dentist made for a truly positive dental visit. I would highly recommend Vivid Dental to anyone looking for top-notch dental care. I left feeling well-cared for and confident in the health of my teeth.

Absolutely fantastic! Had pretty bad dental phobia/anxiety from previous experiences with other dentist offices. Went in after reading the good reviews and got a full exam as well as a cleaning. Kristin was my hygienist and she was absolutely amazing. I had a cleaning done about 6-8 months ago at another horrible dentist office and she was explaining and showing me everything and I explained that was there and missed by the previous cleaning from the other office. She took her time and made sure my teeth were perfectly clean! Highly recommend her! Will be going back in about a month for some other small work as well.

From the first step inside the office the desk Staff was on point, greeting me as I walked in. Checking in and getting the necessary paperwork was quick and easy,; didn't have any long waiting time before I taken to the back. The Tech was awesome and professional from start to finish. The Doctor, top notch great person to person communication. They were very concerned about my direction of treatment, and the Doctor gave me his recommendations for my treatment. His skills with the needle was the best I never felt the stick, maybe because the Tech did such a awesome job numbing me up. I recommend anyone and everyone to go and have a visit. You want be disappointed.

My experience at Vivid Dental was excellent. I felt that the hygienist and doctor genuinely cared about me and my dental health. The dr even fixed a small chip on my tooth for free and it took 1 minute. I’ve had that chip for 10+ years and no one has offered to fix it. People only do that sort of thing if they genuinely care about making things right. I want those kinds of people in charge of my oral care. I will be using the dentist moving forward.

My experience was great! The desk people spoke as soon as I walked in the door. My only thing would be the sheet they gave me to answer was so little. I could hardly read it. My dental hygienist was super. She even remembered my grandson and where he went to school. Very impressive. Love her attitude and her! Love Dr Lor also. He is so gentle. I am very happy with Vivid Dental!
