I'm extremely satisfied with the services I've received from this dental office! Dr. Joyce has done a great job for me, and I could not be happier with the results! Every staff member is cordial and courteous, and they handle things in a very professional manner. I'm so grateful to have found them, and have already recommended them to several friends.
10/10 Staff, from the front desk to the hygienist (Summer) to dentist (Dr. Joyce) were incredibly thorough and friendly. Office space and treatment room were clean and refreshments were available. Accommodations were requested for a neurodiversity friendly experience - the visit was as sensory friendly as possible, clear communication was provided every step of the way, prices and treatment plan were discussed with transparency. No one likes the dentist (sorry!) but especially folks that struggle with the entire process and have had poor experiences before. I left the appointment feeling seen and cared for. I have trust in their abilities and communication. I really appreciate the time and attention taken - no rush approach. All questions and concerns answered and addressed. Highly recommend.
I recently had a deep cleaning done at Twin Oaks Dentistry and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The staff was friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the whole process step by step, which helped ease any concerns I had. The procedure was much less painful than I expected, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality dental care with a personal touch!
Laykin was extremely through with my new patient exam. Took the time to show and explain issues I have and develop a procedure to correct them. Dr Joyce checked and confirmed Laykin’s conclusions. Staff made my visit a pleasant experience.
The staff are so friendly and courteous, they really made me feel at ease. Past dentists that I have been to, I have not had a pleasant experience, so I was rather nervous, but they carefully explained everything to me, and I felt much better. I will definitely be going back!
