Dr Holland and his team are incredible! I broke my tooth on a Sunday afternoon and was able to reach Dr Holland via the telephone. He was so kind and patient and talked me through what I needed to do to preserve the tooth until I could come in the following morning. Him and his team worked me in early Monday morning and worked their magic!!! I highly recommend being a patient at twin City dentistry!!

Good: Well priced, honest, transparent, work with you and will provide many many reminders of your upcoming appointment. Doctors seem friendly and good at what they do. Not so good: Compared to other Dentist I have gone to in the past 15 years, they seem a little low tech. I won't knock them for this because the service and execution are much more important to me, but if it is important to you then this may not be your 5 star dentist office.

I have been seeing this dentist for the past few years. For my first few years I saw different dentist and had different hygienists each time. Which I understand is how some dentistries are run. Eventually asked to only see Dr. Holland, which I believe he is a great dentist. Welcoming and pleasant demeanor. I went in today for a cleaning, to which by surprise, Dr. Holland was presenting as the hygienist. I asked why the routine visit was happening in a different fashion, which he stated was due to low numbers of hygienist in the field i.e. difficulties maintaining staff. I can't say Dr. Holland didn't do a good job? But I believe a cleaning should be completed by a hygienist where that is their learned profession and expertise. I understand dentist go through schooling much longer and hopefully have all the knowledge a hygienist would but they don't do it every day or have the exact same training that a hygienist would. Also a heads-up that I wouldn't be seeing a hygienist would have been nice prior to arriving for my appointment but none was given. I guess it's just personal preference but wanted to leave a review in case others feel the same way.

I had a lot of anxiety before my appointment but everyone, from start to finish, was wonderful. Front desk check and check out were so kind and made me feel at ease. My hygienist was AMAZING. Super quick, efficient and professional. The dentist was nice as well. I highly recommend this office to anyone in search of a dentist.

Very friendly staff, made me feel welcome. Cleaning was quick enough, great communication. And they gave me a cookie at the end.
