We had a great experience with this company recently. The communication was excellent which is very important to me. After scheduling an appointment to get our septic tank cleaned out, I was contacted the day before to confirm the appointment. The service tech called when he was on the way to our home. I then received a call the day after the service to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. The service techs were very professional and did a great job, providing clear communication and photos of the work performed, and testing the work before they left. I highly recommend this company.
A Big THANK you to the Transou Team! They worked so hard to reconstruct our entire collapsed septic system yesterday, including rerouting all drain piping. By the end of the day, I know they were tired, but kept a positive & professional attitude through it all. I highly recommend these guys.
We had our main water line break. Contacted 8 local companies. Only 3 returned my call. As much as I HATE to pay $5350.00 for a water line & comparing to the average cost per foot, Transou's seems to be fair. We had about 180 feet, which came to 30 dollars per foot. These men worked seamlessly! They even placed the large rocks they pulled out of yard into our landscaping. This company is FANTASTIC! Desire' in the office was organized, communicated flawlessly, and is KIND. The trench digger was incredible. All new piping inside was done neatly, efficiently, and all wrapped in foam. Praying this lasts 40 years with no issues. I highly recommend this trustworthy company!
We are very pleased with Transou's. We had to have our septic emptied (emergency of course) and they came the next day. Josh was great and very knowledgeable. He told us of other services Transou's offers we were unaware of. We had them replace the toilets in both bathrooms. Andrew was very good and did a great job. He was very respectful of our property.
