I can highly recommend Mr. Nugent. He was very effective and fixed everything for me without any hassle. His assistant who I spoke to over the phone was very nice and very clear. If you have a traffic legal issue then I would use Mr. Nugent.
RECONSIDER !!! I had fired him and found another lawyer about a month and a half before my court date that I had hired him for. His paralegal kept telling me they didn’t know how to withdraw, which is alarming seeing as you are lawyers…. He then told me I wasn’t allowed any percentage of my refund, which is illegal, because the case had not been concluded yet. He lied to me and said he continued the case four times but my lawyers went into those cases where there’s proof of him only continuing one case twice and not touching another.. but he still wouldn’t give me a refund. It’s been a month and a half since I fired him and told them they need to sign the withdrawal for my lawyers. And it’s been two weeks since my lawyers have contacted him and still to this date, which is the date of my court date he has not signed the withdrawal. Very unprofessional and he has caused me a lot of problems this past month and a half…. Would not recommend in the slightest. And I have and will continue to be contacting the to complain, and to request a refund🩷 in all honesty if he would’ve just signed my case over within the first week of me, telling him he’s fired we would’ve had no problems. Oh, and definitely I needed my money back. ;)
This firm does great work. Mr. Nugent and his assistant, Riley are extremely personable, effective, and seem to enjoy helping others. I am highly grateful for them.
* I have been in contact and will continue to be in contact with THE BAR OF ATTORNEYS over refusal for refund with a case that has not been concluded, and a complaint because it took them over a month and a half to sign a withdrawal after they had been fired, and they never signed the withdrawal, even on the day of my court date!!! 🩷
I chose Nugent because his fee was $75 against all other ads which were for about $100. I was very happy with the service because the outcome was exactly what they told me it would be. I was ticketed for speeding 88 in a 70 and it was reduced to improper equipment with a fine of $341 and no license or insurance points.
