The locations advertised that they're open on Sundays and when you go, it's closed. I live almost 30 miles away and Sunday is the best day for me to go. I understand that staffing issues might be challenging but it would be nice to at least advertise that it's closed. It's like playing Russian Roulette when you show up whether not knowing if they're open or not
The staffing shortage is extremely frustrating. The Chiropractors are not consistent anymore, which is irritating because you never know what kind of service you’re going to get. The most frustrating part is that you drive into town to relieve your back pain, to find out that the Winston location is closed when the hours on the door they should be open. I had to wait over 30 minutes last week because there was only one Chiropractor and 6 people in front of me. I understand you have a shortage of chiropractors, but maybe adjust your hours to reflect or notify your members by text/email if you are able to open that day.
I like chiropractors so far. I started a month ago and have to go often at this point. What makes me angry is so far they've been closed and unavailable 3 times since I signed up. You get an email stating this but it's not much help if I've already driven there. This is ridiculous. I know there are other locations but they're at least 40 minutes or more from where I work. Whoever the franchise owner is, definitely does not stay on top of their business. I believe it is corporate owned and I would think they would step in and fix whatever the problem is with staffing.
boyfriend, Joshua Riddle, and I stopped in the Winston-Salem clinic so that he could get adjusted in a timely matter. He has been a client of the joint for years. The Joint’s policy is a first come first serve clinic. Staffing can be a nightmare these days. However, he was treated disrespectfully by a Doctor. This is not the first time he has encountered an issue with this specific doctor’s lack of customer service.
My experience is that they are hardly ever there. I went today, got there at 5:30, no one there although their stated hours are until 7 pm during the week. I also went Sunday, they were closed at 4:15 although their stated hours are until 5 pm on Sundays. Same experience twice before. I called and left a message asking for their true hours, but no response.
