I like chiropractors so far. I started a month ago and have to go often at this point. What makes me angry is so far they've been closed and unavailable 3 times since I signed up. You get an email stating this but it's not much help if I've already driven there. This is ridiculous. I know there are other locations but they're at least 40 minutes or more from where I work. Whoever the franchise owner is, definitely does not stay on top of their business. I believe it is corporate owned and I would think they would step in and fix whatever the problem is with staffing.
Man, let me tell the world about this chiropractor, Pam Young . When I decided to go to Joint chiropractor I had no idea what was in store for me I have been battling back pain for more than 15 years to where it was excruciating I also suffer from sciatica. So one day I woke up and decided to go give them a try well when I first got there I was nervous but I said you know what something has got to give so I went and I gave them my information and they told me about the $29 special that they had. So I met Miss Pam and she started asking me questions about things that I've gone through in life and my back pain and all this stuff so I laid down on the table and the first thing she did was told me that everything was out of whack which I already knew but oh well so she adjusted me and popped and cracked and I don't know what else to tell you but that was the best day of my life and I have been there five times and I left out with the wellness package which is $80 a month which is the best $80 I have ever spent to help me be more upbeat on my feet have a lot of energy and I do not have back pain anymore. So listen we waste money on everything in life take a moment to try Joint Chiropractic over on Hanes Mall Boulevard in Winston-Salem North Carolina and ask for Miss Pam cuz baby I tell you she is the truth when I say at the end of my first session I told that lady that I wanted to marry her and now every time I go in there I'll tell her the same thing kudos to Joint Chiropractic y'all are the best.
boyfriend, Joshua Riddle, and I stopped in the Winston-Salem clinic so that he could get adjusted in a timely matter. He has been a client of the joint for years. The Joint’s policy is a first come first serve clinic. Staffing can be a nightmare these days. However, he was treated disrespectfully by a Doctor. This is not the first time he has encountered an issue with this specific doctor’s lack of customer service.
Everyone was very friendly and got me right in. I hurt my back and couldn’t stand up straight. I was definitely walking taller when I left. Love that they have weekend availability. I’ve been to several chiropractors and always seem to hurt myself on the weekend when they’re closed weekend availability of this office.
Dr Charles Charlton is very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly, too. Both my husband and I feel much better after a few visits. Thank you, dear Doctor. We wish you all the best.
