I was in a car accident on. 12/17/22 , that's when I first started coming here. Excellent service. Then on 12/17/24 I was in another accident where my car was totaled. They welcome me back. The customer service is so amazing and professional. Dr. Stoetzel is one of the best chiropractor in Winston Salem area. State of the art equipment. I'm so glad I had the pleasure of working with Allison who referred me to this wonderful practice.
I recently was in a bad car accident on October 24, 2024, and I was referred to Stoetzel Chiropratic. I can't express how grateful I am! From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like family instead of just another patient. They're always so warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Dr. Stoetzel is incredible. He's very patient with both my son and me, always ensuring we fee comfortable and that everything goes at our pace. I never feel rushed during our appointments; he really takes his time to address our concerns. If you're dealing with any back pain, neck pain, or need adjustments, I highly recommend him! He's just fantastic at what he does.
Have not received any Chiropractic services here yet and have only received the softwave therapy treatments but a really good bunch of people here. The ladies upfront are all very polite and professional and the service has been as good as can be expected. Dr Stoetzel’s daughter was super nice and gave me some extra therapy time and his wife brought me some special ointment back from Columbia to help with my skin issue! Great and beautiful people. Highly recommended!
Thorough and detailed, expertise in neurology. I would highly recommend Dr. Stoetzel. He has a scientific approach with a very artful touch. The best of both. Really helped me tremendously in my first visit. I’ll be going back soon for more great service. The office is nice and very people friendly oriented.
