We had the absolute best experience visiting this location. The staff was very welcoming from the moment we called to schedule our son’s first dental visit. We were able to work with Dr. Lipp and she was absolutely amazing to our son. She took the time to educate us on the importance of taking care of our son’s teeth and took the time to get to know my son. The dental office is also decorated for all ages and they have all sorts of activities to keep the children entertained and help them feel welcomed!
We love it here! My daughter had some bad experiences at our previous dentist, and when we anticipated that she would require oral surgery, we knew we had to find a better dentist to handle it. Her speech therapist recommended Dr. Kate, and now we recommend her, too! Everyone from office staff, to hygienists, to the doctors are kind and professional. Communication is clear, concerns are addressed with understanding and compassion and the atmosphere is always positive. Going to the dentist is no longer a dread!
This is the most well run office I have experienced. The staff was attentive and so friendly. Our appointment started on time. They were very gentle with my nervous kid. All of our questions were answered patiently. I highly recommend this practice!
We were referred here from our lactation consultant for our three-week old son, for a special consultation for a possible lip and tongue tie release. We met with Dr. Kate Lambert and had a very thorough consult. She explained everything well for us, laid out all our options, and helped us figure out our next steps. The office staff was kind and helpful as well.
We have gone to several appointments at the kernersville office and one at the Winston office. Everyone across the board has been nothing short of fantastic. My son has multiple crowns that were done at our former dentist office and we were not fans of that experience. The professionals here are a breath of fresh air. When one of my son's crowns came off, they worked to fit us in ASAP. He enjoyed the whole process and I did too! Unbelievable. They spoke to him in a child friendly way, but also actually explained what was going on. And for those it matters to, they let me be in the room while my child gets X-rays to put him at ease.
