This was my second visit. Both were great! Lauren did my nails and Tammy did my pedicure the first time. Very pleased! Lasted a full 3 weeks. Today I scheduled with Angel because of all the positive reviews I saw for her and she did NOT disappoint! She is absolutely amazing!!!! She knows what she’s doing and is a lovely personality! Thank you all!! You have a loyal and very satisfied customer!
I took 2 of my kids aged 16 and 12 with me as a girls day event. I got a pedicure and my girls got manicures. My 16 year old got SNS, and they turned out great. No bubbles or bumps. They were the length she wanted and the shape. (Ask for Brian! He's super nice and has a gentle personality.) As I type, he is adding a design to her nails that was a bit of an extra charge, but totally worth it. I got a fantastic pedicure that included a massage and wax and so much more. It was lovely. I work retail, so it was especially nice to have the treatment. My 12 year old was super happy with her nails as well. We got simple paint for now. In the future, we will advance to gel...but she's not quite ready for that yet. Overall, my girls and I were happy, so we will be back...l hope to bring others with me as well. It would make a great date day event. They don't just do girls nails! They do guys as well... and it's *nice.* Update: we went back. My 16 year old got black sparkling SNS with tips. My 12 year old got beautiful sparkle gel nails, and I opted for another pedicure. Kelly was great with the black SNS. Again, there were no bumps or bubbles. My child *did* smudge one before we left and I appreciated that they fixed it before we left. She was nearly in tears, and they were so patient with her. John was super nice as he worked on my 12 year olds nails. We were making faces at each other, he noticed, and asked friendly questions. He let my child chat and chat to him. Then I get to the pedicure. Lee (female) was the person who was assigned to me. Oh my goodness. I asked for a little bit of a bigger package than I asked for last time. Nothing extreme, just a bit more. I’ll admit that I had temporary panic during the pedicure that I picked a super expensive package accidentally…there were lotions and relaxing things that weren’t included in the description…it was absolutely amazing. I was charged exactly what I originally expected. Lee is absolutely a skilled professional. Usually, parts of pedicures are a bit painful. 100% of my entire experience was pure relaxation. I am trying to find words to explain how much I recommend getting a pedicure with Lee. Ask for her when you go in. Definitely recommend Lee! Overall, seeing the joy on my kids faces was just perfect. We will be back again. It was a great bonding moment with my moody teen and preteen.
Vivian did my pedicure and was absolutely wonderful. She has a great smile that I could see even under her mask. She was very careful when I had concerns about the hot towels being too hot for me. She took great care of me and my leg and foot massage had me falling asleep. I highly recommend this place. It’s quiet, you get offered a beverage upon entering, and the atmosphere is all around wonderful.
I come here 1-2 times a month and always request Angel, she does such an amazing job and always takes the most time and care for the nails. They always last me 3-4 weeks, sometimes longer. Definitely request Angel if you can!!
I’ve been here twice, my first experience here I’m not sure who I had but I got gel and it was bumpy and thick and she did several coats and then there was a bubble in one nail so she decided to go in with clippers and clipped off the whole side of my nail to get the bubble out and I was bleeding and bleeding and it was so painful, I wasn’t even given a discount. After some time I decided to give the place another chance and booked with Angel based on reviews. She did a perfect job on my pedicure with regular polish and then I did SNS manicure. I have to keep my nails short for work but I wanted to try an almond shape with my natural nail. She did an excellent job and paid attention to every detail. I don’t get my nails done often but it seems like every place I try I have a bad experience and get cut and bleed, so I’m very relieved to have finally found someone that really cares about their work and listens to their customers. Thank you Angel! Update: I’ve been to Kelly twice and she is also amazing! Red holiday set by her :) They also helped me pick my color and gave out free full size lotions to their clients for Christmas! *P.S. Angel gives the best neck massages! :)
