Excellent care. They took time with me. They explained every detail. I have had a bad experience from the past with other services. They comfort, encouraged me. Literally they really took me by the hand. From the receptionist to the dental chair, I was made to feel very comfortable. I felt like I knew them for some reason. Now all I see are friends. Yes I strongly recommend Shelby Dental.
Amazing staff, the lady who did my teeth didn’t mind at all doing all the tedious little things to get my teeth clean. All the dentists and assistants were very friendly. Also, a very beautiful view, there were even deer outside the window before my cleaning. Takes my fear away from dental procedures. 10/10 would highly recommend.
I had a cracked tooth & I was in so much pain, I had hesitated to visit the dentist because during a very bad time in my life I let my teeth get really bad, so I was a little ashamed. Dr.Allen made me feel so comfortable & talked me through the whole process!!! I’d recommend him to any & everyone! The only thing I didn’t like, you can’t really call their office & reach someone. You have to leave a voicemail & wait for them to call back.
Everyone at Shelby Dental Care is wonderful!! Very thoughtful, caring, and helpful. I have been going to them for many, many years and not once have I have a bad experience. I saw a new Dentist and his team today and let me tell you, I felt so comfortable and cared for. Beth is one of the best person you will ever meet. I highly recommend them! YOU WON’T BE SORRY!!
What a great business, from the staff to the huge comfortable office & easy parking. Super friendly folks, Dr. Lackey is hands down the most amazing dentist we ever met. Great personality & very skilled. They all make you feel very comfortable, and each room has a big window with a nice view making your appointment more enjoyable. Recommended!
