Jay and his team brought a great price and quality service to my house. From the inspection of the roof to the signing of the contract and the final completion of the construction was very punctual and efficient, the crew cleaned up the yard and not a single nail was left in the driveway. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends. Look at the work they did to make this house, which is 25 years old, look brand new.
I had Roofstruction replace my roof that was damaged by hail. I got a number of estimates. They were all pretty competitive, but Roofstruction had the best customer service. They started the job on time and finished on time. Clean up was awesome. Hard working team. I highly recommend. Shout out to Victor who was my main contact. Great job!
My whole experience with Roofstruction has been top notch and very professional! In a panic called because I had two roof leaks. Logan told me not worry they would be out as soon as it was safe to have someone on the roof and they would get everything handled for me. The crew showed up the next day which was a Saturday, they were early to the appointment time we set which was GREAT! They found the reason for the leak gave me a very reasonable quote, provided me with photos of the cause for the leak and said they would be in touch to get me scheduled for the repair. Next day they reached out and said they could have a crew there to fix the roof the following day. Supervisor reached the day of the appointment to give me an hours notice that they would be there. They showed up on time, fixed all of my issues, corrected issues that the builder roofer caused, they cleaned up behind themselves and did a awesome job! Very happy with the professionalism of the whole team, from office/billing person, supervisor, to the crew that did the work. I would and will recommend Roofstruction to anyone.
Our 20 year old home needed a new roof and gutters, so I called and received proposals from several local contractors. Roofstruction stood out because my project manager Roman and the business owner Logan listened to what my needs were and proposed the best solution for my home. They were exceptional in explaining the roofing and gutter systems available. The roofing crew were incredible and did an outstanding job and left my property as clean or cleaner than it was when they arrived. The gutters look great and the gutter guards should make my life easier for years to come. I never thought I would be writing a review for a roofing company, but this company lives up to the positive reviews. Roman, Logan, Hunter, and Victor were very responsive and made the process a breeze.
We had the best experience working with Roofstruction. Our shingles were damaged by a storm and our Insurance Company, Allstate was very difficult to work with. They wanted to do a repair instead of replacing it. The roof was not replaceable. We had the best contractors from Roofstruction that went to bat for us to get this roof replaced. Allstate slogan says, “You are in good hands with Allstate”, and we did not feel that we were, and I voiced that to them. But OMG working with Mark and Landing, and we even talked to the owner of Roofstruction, they assured us that they would fight for us and instead of us being in good hands with Allstate it ended up being - we were in good hands with Roofstruction. Other contractors would not help us when they heard we had Allstate but again Roofstruction did not leave our side and fought for us and the result was, we have a fixed roof. We also have Solar Panels; the company that installed our panels is based out of Charlotte. Roofstruction was able to work with that company to get the information so Roofstructions Solar Panel guys could remove and re-install the Solar Panels back on without negatively effecting our warranty. Mark, Landing and all of their other employees, were very professional, approachable, and genuinely kind and sincere. They were not out just to make a buck, but they truly cared about our home and making sure the issues with the roof was resolved. They kept us abreast every step of the way and followed through on promises. Out of all the people that knocked on our door asking if they could inspect our roof because of the missing shingles and we turned away, I thank God we did not turn Roofstruction down. I believe we would not have gotten our roof if it was not for them. If you are having issues with your roof, I am telling you the truth, this company is who you want to hire. You will not be dissatisfied or disappointed guaranteed!
