Roberto came by today when promised, he inspected and repaired popped nailheads on shingles, sealed flashing openings to prevent leaks, and also sealed three vent boots to prevent leaking from rainwater as well. I respect the fact that he took his time and carefully caulked each and every area which needed it for the agreed upfront price of $125. It's difficult to find people to do a professional and quality job these days so I was extremely pleased with the work performed today in a timely manner. 5 Stars*****
Roberto was so quick to respond to our request to check our roof on a property we were selling. This was a second opinion and there was no comparison on the detail and care he took versus the other roofing company’s inspection and quote. Roberto came out and did an very detailed inspection and report. He quoted a new roof and repairs that was so informative with details and choices for us. I could not imagine anyone else doing the roof replacement and repair.
We had an old shingle roof removed and replaced with a new metal seamless roof. We also had our chimney removed, and gutters replaced. Our project manager was very responsive and upfront about the entire process. It ended up being about 4 days of work, and photos were taken throughout the process to show any additional damages and repairs. I feel Precise did an honest, thorough, respectful and quality job. The new roof and gutters look amazing. We are very satisfied with the work.
Had my decades old metal roof replaced with shingles. Roberto did an excellent job explaining the cost differences between replacing it with another metal roof or converting over to shingles. When his workers found extensive wood rot underneath, he was prompt with providing me with an updated estimate.
