Great service! The first company we called tried to pressure us into costly replacements that we weren't ready to make. They wouldn't even give me a quote for the repair I actually wanted. The quote from Devin was quick and accurate, and it was for the work I actually wanted. Our service was prompt, and professional, and they even swept the floor when they finished.
We have used this company twice and got different technicians both times. Both times the work was great quality and we were very pleased with the job. The most recent were Devin & Johnny and they did an amazing job. I love the new pvc it truly looks great! The prices are very reasonable which is hard to find these days. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.
Everyone wants the same things from a plumbing company: timely service, quality work, and reasonable prices. With most companies it seems like you only get to pick two of those. My experience is that with Pendergrass, you get all three. I've used Pendergrass over the last 10 years for a number of smaller jobs: fixing an old shower drain, rescuing my frozen pipes, among other things. Most recently, Devin installed a new hose bibb on one side of my house, doing the work on the very same day he came out to give me a very reasonable estimate. Devin was on time, polite, efficient, and neat, and when I discovered a small problem (the result of an honest mistake that I attribute more to my builder than anyone else), he called me first thing the next morning, came out later that afternoon, and had the problem fixed in under 20 minutes. I can't recommend these folks highly enough.
Devin was amazing. Arrived on time. Very quick with his work. We had a busted water pipe in my daughter's bathroom. He was in and out within an hour! Definitely recommend.
Dustin is always a friendly and enjoyable person to work with! He did an amazing job hooking up the faucets and water cutoffs on a project we’re working on. We had saved the old cutoffs for reuse, but his high standards led him to install new ones for us which helps to avoid future problems which we very much appreciated! Lastly, you can see the clean area he left for us in the picture which doesn’t happen often, so thank you for the professional and friendly service!
