I started going to Optimal Health and Dr. Adam over 2 years ago. I had been to other chiropractors and had adjustments done before but Optimal was a huge difference. First, they actually care to get to the root of the problems you deal with. I had X-rays done and measurements taken so they knew where my back and knees were at in the beginning. Then set benchmark goals for movements and pain levels and worked to achieve them. The staff is ALWAYS so pleasant to interact with. Numerous times I have asked many questions about certain stretches or activities I can do to help out and they are always willing to help. Dr. Adam and the team at Optimal helped me get back on track. I have a 10 month old son that I can now play with and do activities with without constant pain. I can run again without being in pain. My headaches have disappeared. I can stretch and move around without feeling bogged down by tight muscles and tension in my back. A huge thank you to Dr. Adam and the staff at Optimal. You guys have impacted my life for the better and I’ll recommend you every time.
My back went out due to thinning discs and I came into the clinic with intense pain. I could scarcely move or walk and had to be practically carried in. By the third visit I could walk with a walker. Right after that I was able to move and walk again. I've had consistent improvement since that time and have fully recovered. (Now we are taking a look at my knee issues.) Dr. Zak has been a lifesaver!

Been going to Dr. Adam’s for quite some time for chronic back pain. At first I could barely walk when I got up in the morning. Now I am 100% better. I choose to go every few weeks just to have him keep my back aligned. Tremendous respect for what he’s done for me.
I was referred to Dr. Adam at 8 weeks of pregnancy. I had visits every week until my baby was born. Dr. Adam is very kind and easy to talk to. He does a wonderful job with adjusting me and listening to any changes that occur. I just went after having my baby and we adjusted my plan and he even took a look at my baby and gave him an adjustment. The office staff and assistants are absolutely amazing as well. I would refer anyone to go see them.
