I want to first say that Trevor arrived to my home in a prompt and professional manner. He completed a free estimate and noted what needed to be done to resolve my plumbing issue. Once the problem was denoted, he called the main office to assist with financing and to work in tandem with my insurance company. In addition, the job required a second technician, Fletcher, to partner and complete the job. Both Trevor and Fletcher were phenomenal! They were professional, efficient, friendly, and placed everything in my yard that was dug up back the way it was prior to deconstructing the space to clean, pull up, and replace the piping. Trevor and Fletcher are the BEST! Thank you Ease Plumbing!
I can't say enough good things about NuBlue electrical. They came to complete some work they previously estimated. This included diagnosing and fixing an issue with a kitchen switch, replacing some electrical outlets and switches and removing a broken bulb from my dining room light. NuBlue was extremely professional. They sent me email and text reminders for my appointment, technician info, and a follow-up satisfaction survey. The technician Rob was amazing. He was prompt, polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He did everything I requested and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and I had every confidence in his ability to do the job safely and correctly. I am very satisfied with the quality of the service provided. I would definitely use NuBlue and Rob again for my electrical needs!! 😊
