Recently my little boy was in intense tooth pain and needed immediate help. I found Tina Merhoff and Associates near us...From the first phone call, to our appointment and follow ups, every single person was warm, patient, kind and very professional. Unfortunately they do not accept our insurance, but they made every attempt/accommodation to help us. I would have loved if we could have continued with them because these ladies are absolute angels!! I highly recommend this practice.
Everyone in the office is great!! The dental assistant took her time explaining what she was going to be doing prior to seeing the dentist. Our daughter was a little anxious and did not want X-rays but a little convincing with a princess ring got us through the appointment. Dr. Victoria took her time explaining the procedure to us and we didn’t feel rushed out of the office right after she was done. We’re hoping to be back soon, for a cleaning and not a mouth injury next time!
Kind and understanding staff. Super accommodating! Went in for toddler dental evaluation and he got a crown that day within 30minutes!! I’m super impressed with their work, bedside manner and friendliness!
My daughter went to see Dr. Tina today for a second opinion. We had the BEST dental experience you could ask for!!! From the moment we walked in we were at ease and treated like family. From front office with Lauren, to the amazing asst. Maggie, and to Dr. Tina being so kind and taking such good care of my girl. I am beyond thankful!!! My kids left saying I can't wait to go back!!!
I had an amazing experience here with my 4 year old son! We were a new patient coming in for a cavity and I was incredibly nervous about it. From the beginning to the end of our visit, both my son and I felt so comfortable and he made it through the procedure amazingly well! And I know this was because of the great care and attention he received from Ms. Megan and Dr. Tina! Thank you so much!
