My dentist closed up shop late in 2024 and didn’t tell anyone. I called Loveland Dental because they take my insurance. I have been very impressed. Everyone on the phone and at the front desk is respectful and helpful. My dental hygienist (Mel) went over and above telling me what is going on with my teeth. And Dr Jackson was very helpful as well. If you’re looking for a new dentist in Winston-Salem, I would highly recommend Loveland Dental!
Loveland Dental Group is the finest experience of my dental life at 65 years old. I've been in North Carolina for 4 years and have had three dentists with my moves. They are far and Beyond the best I've ever had. The receptionist desk is very kind and Taylor is exceptional. Francis my hygienist is great, kind, great personal professional and very good at what she does. Dr Jackson is the greatest she goes over each tooth with a fine toothpick, no pun intended, and explains everything in detail. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a dental association to choose Loveland Dental Group. My wife and I are highly pleased and will continue to be patients of theirs for many years to come. If I could give them 10 Stars we would. Thank you Dan and Gina Kovacs.
I was a transfer patient from Personal Touch Dentistry (due to my family dentist retiring). I was hesitant at first. But must say, I love it here. The whole staff has made me feel comfortable and treated me like family from day 1! And the dentists are amazing at their profession!
My daughter and I always have a pleasant visit and they are so accommodating. The staff provide a smooth experience and positive care plan with good outcomes each time. We are happy to be Loveland patients.
I took my 97 year old mom to see Dr. Ann for some dental issues. The whole staff was wonderful. They helped her in and out of wheelchair, made sure she was comfortable, and spoke loudly enough for her to hear. Dr. Ann was patient with mom and double check to make sure her meds would not interfere with the procedure. The dental assistant (I forgot her name) treated Mom like she was taking care of her mom. ❤️
