Tim and Matt were great to work. Both men of strong integrity. Local Quality Roofing and their team far exceeded our expectations. They were extremely professional and courteous. The crew did an excellent job replacing our roof. The plans proposed and scope of work was very detailed, well communicated, the price reasonably and clearly outlined items summed up. We definitely recommend the Local Quality team to anyone that needs roofing services and will definitely use them in the future if the need arises. I was initially hesitant since they were the ones who knocked on my door. I'm a single woman who isn't very trusting of solicitors. I can honestly say that i am very glad I made the decision to trust them. The shingles I had were old and unable to be repaired since they were no longer on the market. After speaking with Dane and Steve, they did an inspection (that was actually free and of no obligation.) They did note that I had several damaged shingles. This was verified by my insurance agent. I was able to get my entire roof replaced and only had to pay my insurance deductible. As someone who never has anything good happen to them, I can vehemently say that I am so very glad I went with this company. I went to work one day with old damaged shingles and a leaking roof and came home to a beautiful new roof. They had cleaned up everything. Not a piece of trash to be found. I 100% recommend this company. Each employee that i came into contact with was knowledgeable, professional and kind. So glad I trusted them with one of my most valuable possessions.
Working with Local Quality Roofing was a great experience. Peyton really explain the process and made it easy to move through the replacement of our roof. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have there roof replaced. Like I said, I give Peyton 5 stars as well.
