Hands down the most approachable full service firm I've ever worked with. I have now been with them for 6 years and it keeps tax time as small business owner smooth and easy. I've recommended several friends and always had great outcomes. Staff is wonderful and friendly. If you're having a tough time and taxes make you nervous just shoot them a call. Also, they always have dog-money (read: treats) for my pup.

Apparently they are only approachable if the receptionist decides they are. I would never allow an uneducated (about taxes) person make those types of decisions for me. I was very unhappy with the way I was treated by the receptionist!
