Rick was extremely professional , courteous and respectful. I want to highlight respectful because other tree companies came on to my property and into my backyard without permission to "quote". Though Rick took the time to introduce himself, knocked on my door and asked for permission to walk into my backyard. He also worked quickly and efficiently at removing a fallen tree after the Hurricane Helene passed through. He went above and beyond at ensuring the work area was cleaned after he was finished and set correct expectations from the beginning about the tree stump potentially becoming upright and not being removed. This was something I was okay with and I much appreciated he pointed it out and explaining before getting started. On top of great service, he also gave me some insight about another tree in my yard which reassured me he was the right company to come out to my home. 10/10 recommend.
Amazing clean up job on our property! We called Rick and he was out for an evaluation of what we were dealing with within two days and had a quote for us within 24 hours. The quote was very reasonable and they were able to come out within a few weeks to do the job! Rick was very personable with us and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were a bother. 10/10 recommend and will be using again in the future for any tree clean up and service needed!
Rick has been nothing but put patient and willing to work with all kinds of hiccups, he is very polite and his team is great at what they do! I needed to take down two trees that were going to be a problem for my septic system. I called to get a quote back in the beginning of June. He was able to get me quote same day. When he had openings, he would check and see if we were open for removing them early. I had to wait on it, but he was so patient and never pushed for them to be done on his time schedule. I finally called in August to get them removed, and he was able to get a team out quickly to remove my two trees, no change in quote price, and they even cleaned up my driveway for me! If I ever need any other tree work done, I know who I am calling right away.
Tropical Storm Debby left a tree on top of my house Thursday morning! A quick call to Rick at Lee’s Tree Services and by noon he was here to assess the damage. By mid afternoon Thursday, I had a quote in hand and by mid afternoon today (Friday), the tree was gone! No yard waste or debris or signs of a fallen tree! Thanks, Rick, for a job well done!!
Upon purchasing a new property in NC that was flanked with beautiful 100 yr old trees and shrubbery I began my search for not only a tree trimmer but one that had specific knowledge of how to preserve, maintain, trim and promote new growth. While searching for an expert to accomplish my job , I encountered a few companies that only wanted to cut down or hack up my trees for a ridiculous fee! A bit frustrated I continued my search and finally found Lees Tree Service of NC. After reading several positive reviews I called and spoke to Rick the owner. He came out to view property and we discussed my needs, options and he provided me with a wealth of information. What a blessing. A true Arborist and professional in his field. Rick believes in proper care and maintenance of your trees and shrubbery. Hard working, genuinely honest, reasonably priced and guarantees his work. Also hauls away all debris and leaves property immaculate. So if you're looking for a good tree company do yourself a favor and contact him. I guarantee you won't be disappointed! He also created a parking pad on property and framed it with RR ties. Rick and his crew do a fantastic job and I will be using them from now on to maintain my property.
