Easy to get to. Right off Country Club near Jonestown Rd. The waiting room is very nice and clean. The check-in staff are ok. I wouldn't say they were welcoming or friendly. My daughter had to wait an extra 15 minutes past her scheduled appointment time to be called back for her cleaning. Thankfully I only had to wait 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment. The dental staff in the back, to clean our teeth and take xrays and etc, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I'm not a fan of the chairs that massage you while getting your teeth cleaned. Next time I'll request them to not turn on the massage button.
Excellent visit based on need to get scheduled quickly to fix a tooth. The nurse, Selena, was so efficient, personable, kept the process enjoyable with the multiple times asking if I was doing okay. So impressed with her. Dr. Khattak was extremely skilled, efficient and did an incredible job rebuilding my tooth. I want to thank the professional staff and overall team for making this experience smooth and easy.
Dr. Khattak and Allyson made an amazing team. Once I was back there, they answered all my questions and we were able to get everything done quickly with minimal discomfort. Would definitely come back.
I had a tooth that needed a root canal. Threw different endodontists looked at the tooth and gave 3 differing opinions and thank goodness for Dr Deanna. She helped with the final decision and saved me thousands of dollars and pain. I had to trust her and go against the endodontists reports. Awesome experience and the front desk is very professional
All of the office staff was very professional and polite! A very welcoming atmosphere! My dental hygienist Ashley was Amazing and made my cleaning painless! Tabatha was amazing and painless as well when taking my X-rays. Dr. Mack was very nice. Sam. Cherish, Crystal, and Olivia front desk staff was very nice and welcoming with a big smile! Keep up the great work!
