All of the office staff was very professional and polite! A very welcoming atmosphere! My dental hygienist Ashley was Amazing and made my cleaning painless! Tabatha was amazing and painless as well when taking my X-rays. Dr. Mack was very nice. Sam. Cherish, Crystal, and Olivia front desk staff was very nice and welcoming with a big smile! Keep up the great work!
Everyone is always nice when I come in. The procedures are explained well and my wait time for service has always been less than 10 minutes from my arrival. Dr. Diana was very helpful and did a good job of removing my 2 extremely stubborn back teeth. I don’t remember her assistants name but she spoke English and Spanish well and was very kind about explaining the next procedures that I would have. I would recommend all the staff at Lane and Associate to everyone.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr.Diana was professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. Dr.Diana and her assistant Doris were gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The treatment I received was top-notch, and I left feeling confident in the care I had received. Overall, it was a great visit and I will definitely be returning for future dental needs.
Have been super happy up until now. My appointment was cancelled due to not confirming. I recently changed my phone number since my last appointment and what was on file was incorrect. No one ever informed me I needed to confirm anything, THE APPOINTMENT IS THE CONFIRMATION. Office manager was rude as well. Wasted a half day of pay to deal with this nonsense
SELENA did an outstanding job. I was so scared in the beginning. She managed to take all my fear. In the end, I seriously enjoyed the procedure. Friendly, kind, and super professional are the keywords to reflect what I experienced today. Thank you so much Selena and team!!!!
