Easy to get to. Right off Country Club near Jonestown Rd. The waiting room is very nice and clean. The check-in staff are ok. I wouldn't say they were welcoming or friendly. My daughter had to wait an extra 15 minutes past her scheduled appointment time to be called back for her cleaning. Thankfully I only had to wait 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment. The dental staff in the back, to clean our teeth and take xrays and etc, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I'm not a fan of the chairs that massage you while getting your teeth cleaned. Next time I'll request them to not turn on the massage button.
Everyone is always nice when I come in. The procedures are explained well and my wait time for service has always been less than 10 minutes from my arrival. Dr. Diana was very helpful and did a good job of removing my 2 extremely stubborn back teeth. I don’t remember her assistants name but she spoke English and Spanish well and was very kind about explaining the next procedures that I would have. I would recommend all the staff at Lane and Associate to everyone.
I am new patient with Lane & Associates this year. My first visit with this practice and everyone was so polite and very professional from the Dental Hygienist, to the Doctor, to the check out with the Office Mgr. Very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy shown to their patients.
All of the office staff was very professional and polite! A very welcoming atmosphere! My dental hygienist Ashley was Amazing and made my cleaning painless! Tabatha was amazing and painless as well when taking my X-rays. Dr. Mack was very nice. Sam. Cherish, Crystal, and Olivia front desk staff was very nice and welcoming with a big smile! Keep up the great work!
From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr.Diana was professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. Dr.Diana and her assistant Doris were gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The treatment I received was top-notch, and I left feeling confident in the care I had received. Overall, it was a great visit and I will definitely be returning for future dental needs.
