I had inquired through their chat service about speaking to an attorney regarding a consumer issue. The chat agent was polite and prompt and told me should would pass my information to the attorneys and they would reach out shortly. I was contacted by Denise and she informed me that while they don't deal with small claims matters, she would be pleased to provide a referral and offer guidance on how to continue going forward. Although they couldn't handle my case, I would absolutely use them in the future if the need arose!
