My first time visiting Dr Tibbs office was anything but routine. I was in tremendous pain and left a voicemail in the middle of the night. The incredible office staff reached out to me first thing in the morning and got me in as quick as possible. Everyone that I encountered was caring and supportive and seemed to genuinely want to help. I was not sure if the Dr would reflect the personality of his staff, but I was not disappointed! Dr Tibbs along with Sabrina took amazing care of me! They explained everything that they did. His bedside manner is top notch and I could not have asked for better!!! I will most certainly return for my routine care needs!
***** Highly recommended ***** I had a Part 2 of 2 visit today for teeth cleaning and as always, Taylor ( the receptionist ) greeted me and everyone with a hearty hello and pleasant smile. Natalie, who I believe may be one of the office administrators, was sweet and asked how my wife and daughter were doing. Its a family affair, Molly, ( who is new to me ) and I was fortunate to have today, was my Dental Hygienist and she was masterful. First time I EVER had my teeth cleaned and did not require medication. I suppose when you have over 40 years experience, you really know what you're doing. Made my visit as good as a visit could be.... See you guys in 4 months.....
I had a consultation with Dr. Tibbs today. All of the staff members were kind and professional. The office is welcoming and spacious - unlike other dental offices I have been to in the past. Dr. Tibbs made me feel comfortable during my visit. He was thorough and honest. I went in with a concern and he reassured me that I did not need any interventions. I really appreciate this because it would have cost me a few hundred dollars, if not more. He was even able to make a small correction for me in less than five minutes just to ease my mind. His kindness made my day. I will be returning in the future for cleanings. I highly recommend!
Fantastic experience. From consultation to the wisdom teeth removal, Dr. Tibbs and his staff were incredibly kind, patient and nonjudgemental. I have major anxiety surrounding doctors and anything medical and they really nailed the patient care aspect and made me feel very comfortable. During my consultation, they asked when the last time I had been to the dentist was and I said it had been several years. There was no judgement, they were very kind, and they didn’t make me feel dumb. When I got my wisdom teeth removed a whole two hours ago, Dr. Tibbs and Maddie were incredible. They are very kind people and they are excellent at what they do. I literally barely felt a thing. I didn’t even believe it either of the times when Dr. Tibbs said the tooth was out. I truly can’t recommend this office enough.
Dr. Tibbs & his staff are simply amazing! They are very friendly, professional and welcoming!! It was my first time to his office and I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who wants to feel like family from the minute you walk in the door! I am already excited to go back just to see their smiling faces! :)
