I didn't know where to turn with my case. I was likely going to spend time in jail. I researched as much as I knew how when I found Mr. Harkey's firm. I called Scott and had a very promising consultation. I felt that Scott was a very down to earth person. He spoke with me in a way that made me feel like he was going to do all he could to help me out of my predicament. Scott was very open with me about what I would likely be facing and what he was going to do to prevent that from happening. He was clear that if I needed anything to contact him (phone, email, etc...) I met Scott for the 1st time at my first court hearing. Every feeling I had was validated during our first in person meeting. We had a continuance and a 2nd hearing. Scott was well prepared for my case regardless of any possible circumstances. In the end, my case was dismissed. I followed all of Scott's guidance and communicated regularly. I cannot thank Scott, Amy, et al enough! I highly recommend Scott to everyone!
I can't say enough about Scott and what he has done for me and my situation. He took my calls when he was available. He responded back quickly when he couldn't take my calls. He alleviated my stress and anxiety multiple times throughout the whole process. He was friendly, but he was all business as well. I read somewhere that you need a good lawyer when you are guilty, but you need a great lawyer when you are innocent. Scott is a great lawyer. I hope I never need services like the ones he provides again, but if I do, he will be the one that I call.
