I have nothing but good things to say about the team at Eno. My cat had to get major dental surgery which caused all of his teeth to be removed due to gingivitis. The team at eno from the vet, surgeon, front desk, vet assistants all took wonderful care of him. He recovered perfectly. They’ve also been great for regular vet visits, prescribing medication, and general advice. The communication through email is quick and efficient. I highly recommend Eno if you’re looking for a good vet for your cat!
I can’t recommend Eno Animal Hospital highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. However, it was the exceptional care provided by vet assistant Sydney that truly stood out. Sydney was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate. She took the time to explain every procedure and answer all my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed about my pet’s care. Her calm demeanor put both me and my anxious pup at ease. What really impressed me was Sydney’s attention to detail; she noticed subtle signs of discomfort that I hadn’t picked up on and adjusted her approach accordingly. It was clear she has a true passion for animals and is dedicated to their well-being. The follow-up care she provided was just as stellar. Sydney reached out to check on my pet and offered additional advice, showing that she truly cares beyond just the appointment. I have a 7-month-old puppy who had been groomed before, three times successfully and the last time disastrously and I was in search of a groomer who would be patient with her and give her a good experience. Ivan at Eno Animal Hospital came to the rescue! He was so patient with her and she received the best cut of her life. She wasn't stressed or anxious when I picked her up. I will NEVER take my puppy anywhere else for grooming.
Dr. Armstrong at Eno is simply amazing. Our dog, Sister, is very reactive and has a real fear of people. She was so kind and thoughtful during our recent visit. She also took the additional time to talk with me and validate some of the challenges of having a fearful dog. She also ensured that we left when the lobby was clear so Sister would have space for a peaceful exit. I am so sad we are moving away from Durham. I would recommend Dr. Armstrong to any fur family!!!!
We can't recommend Eno enough! All of the staff members are knowledgeable, efficient, and so kind. Our two pups love going to the vet. We especially love seeing Sydney, who is so great with our anxious, 135lb doodle! We also appreciate transparent pricing and the ease of booking.
