I can’t recommend Eno Animal Hospital highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. However, it was the exceptional care provided by vet assistant Sydney that truly stood out. Sydney was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate. She took the time to explain every procedure and answer all my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed about my pet’s care. Her calm demeanor put both me and my anxious pup at ease. What really impressed me was Sydney’s attention to detail; she noticed subtle signs of discomfort that I hadn’t picked up on and adjusted her approach accordingly. It was clear she has a true passion for animals and is dedicated to their well-being. The follow-up care she provided was just as stellar. Sydney reached out to check on my pet and offered additional advice, showing that she truly cares beyond just the appointment. We've been going to EAH for nearly 6 years for my dog(s) and the service and care they provide is unmatched. I feel secure knowing my fur baby is in good hands and that he's getting the best possible care. Special shout-out to Dr. Armstrong and Anna K. who came all the way out to the parking lot for our visit armed with treats in case my dog's cough was contagious.
Dr. Armstrong at Eno is simply amazing. Our dog, Sister, is very reactive and has a real fear of people. She was so kind and thoughtful during our recent visit. She also took the additional time to talk with me and validate some of the challenges of having a fearful dog. She also ensured that we left when the lobby was clear so Sister would have space for a peaceful exit. I am so sad we are moving away from Durham. I would recommend Dr. Armstrong to any fur family!!!!
We can't recommend Eno enough! All of the staff members are knowledgeable, efficient, and so kind. Our two pups love going to the vet. We especially love seeing Sydney, who is so great with our anxious, 135lb doodle! We also appreciate transparent pricing and the ease of booking. If you are looking for a vet in North Durham, look no further!
My experience was horrible. When I first walked in the front desk receptionist never even acknowledged me. I stood there waiting for almost 5 minutes while she ignored me. It wasn’t until the groomer came the back and asked me did I need help or if I had an appointment. My entire encounter was horrible. I will never return and nor will I recommend this Vet to any one of my friends. The only good thing was my dog got his hair cut. Honestly, if I could leave a NO STAR I would. For some reason I can’t respond back to the owner, but the office was completely empty that day. It was just myself and King at the time that I walked in. The receptionist just lacked customer service skills and her attitude was not pleasant at all. Simply placing the customer on hold that was the phone and acknowledging the one in front of you is just common customer service.
