I'm a Maryland resident and was visiting family in North Carolina for a weekend in April. In my last hour of my 6 hour drive, I was pulled over for going 87 in a 65. Twas 2 nights before Christmas with holiday cheer. When I arose to a clatter and who could it be? Winston Salem's finest with flashlights in hand looking for me!
