I had no hot water in my condo, received a call from Regan this morning who told me that she would be calling my tenant. she further advised that she would call me when they were enroute. Once there I received a call from the technician, 10 minutes later his supervisor Tim called me with a quote. In less that 2 hours my tenant had hot water. Cogar will definitely be my go to place for plumber issues. The entire staff is outstanding and most importantly that are very affordable. Today was a great deal thanks to cogar.

Cogar -- Tristan, Daylen, Corey, Trish, Reagan -- are our heroes of the week! Here's why....Our water bill arrived doubled. Then the dreaded little stream trickling down the front yard was located. Plus our water meter was spinning. All indicating a significant leak in our waterline. Ugh!! Cogar was great to work with even when the fix got a bit sticky. Tristan and Daylen stayed steady throughout and kept us in the loop about the ups and downs. Cory, a supervisor, was also a pro taking care to make sure our problem was fixed as soon as possible -- from first call to fix, 2 days! We quickly knew we were in good hands with good, hardworking, fair people. We are most grateful!
