I was hesitant on finding a new dentist, however today was great. The staff members were so kind to not only myself but my child. They were sure to educate me to all of the options they offer for teeth whiting, went over pricing for things like fluoride prior to performing the service and more. Everything was greatly appreciated and I look forward to returning for my six month appointment.
I have been seeing Dr. Olivia for over 3 years and she and her team have been regularly surpassing my expectations. Her manner is kind and gentle - even on her busiest days it feels like I am her only patient. The hygienists, office manager and front desk staff are as polite and professional at 7 am as they are at 7pm. Give them a try you won’t regret it!
My first visit and i love them. Very professional they explain everything before and after. The hygienist very informative. Carolina Density is home for me. My husband will be next. Give them a chance i guarantee you will love them.
Had my first cleaning and check up today with Allie and Dr Olivia. The front office staff was very welcoming, the office and work areas are very clean and pristine. Beat of all though was Allie the hygienist! After having been to probably a dozen dentists in the course of multiple moves, she has by far the most gentle touch! I also liked how everything was explained by her as well as by the dentist. Five stars well deserved!
AWESOME EXPERIENCE! First of all, I despised going to the dentist for years, until now! Michelle made me feel comfortable right from the point of checking in and was super friendly and nice and informative. Next up was Stephanie Denny, absolutely WONDERFUL! She explained everything in detail and was extremely patient and explained everything that was going on with my dental needs and what needed to be done and Dr. Pilot came in and explained what he was going to do at the next visit and just made me feel confident that I would be taken care of, and I was.
