I can’t imagine a company doing a better job from start to finish than Carolina Professional Roofing Systems. From an honest assessment, to wide range of options and through out the entire process, this is a top shelf company. The care that the entire crew took on my families home is also worth mentioning. As you can see in one of the pictures we had a lot of structural damage so the scope of work was larger than expected. You would never know it by the way the left our property. I don’t n ow how many men were there (15 maybe) but not a shred of evidence other than a new pristine roof/ gutter system that is built like a Sherman tank. You rarely need a roofing company in your entire life, but if you do Carolina Roofing Systems is the one to use
Carolina Professional Roof Systems did a great job with our commercial warehouse building in Winston-Salem, NC. I'm not sure how long it had been since the roof was done last but leaks were everywhere. Billy and his team used a silicone roof coating and restoration process that cured our old building and....now we have no leaks. He even preserved our skylights! Billy and his team were fantastic to work with the whole way, start to finish. He was careful and accurate in his estimate, made sure to repair damaged wood as they went along, guided us in color choices, and coordinated with another team to replace fascia board. The ROOF and GUTTERS turned out to look amazing. They have great attention to detail and Billy actively manages and supervises his team (plus he has some excellent onsite leaders as well). Very respectful of our home and property. He was referred to me and we will gladly refer him to others.
Billy was great to work with! He took care of everything with the insurance company and helped to pick out new roof color and gutters. On the day of installation his team arrived 30 minutes early and worked until everything was done, 3000 sf home with many peaks done in one day!. Billy communicated with me throughout the process and made sure everything was done right, he was the last to leave later at night after sweeping down my driveway and double checking for debris. I would definitely recommend him and his professional team. Included before and after pics of beautiful new black roof and gutters.
We had a coating sprayed on our large commercial property. Billy was great to work with, his honesty and transparency was appreciated. The coating looks great, in addition to stopping leaks, the reflective white coating will help with utility bills.
