I had tooth pain and a cavity I was needed to get filled, and they made time to get me an appointment within a week. Dr. Cobham does a fantastic job of telling you what's going on and what she needs to do, and making sure you're comfortable during the proceedings. The receptionist and technicians are helpful, patient, and kind. I appreciate their willingness to look for time to make me an appointment on short notice, and look forward to returning for any future dental needs.
Absolutely do not go here. I brought my son recently and was told he needed all his teeth out. He had an appointment at another dentist today and was told that was absolutely not the case. Steer clear for sure.
These people are very unprofessional and treat you like you are inconveniencing them upon checking in. My little girl and I were there to get build ups done and they didn't greet us nor have a friendly attitude. One of the doctors talked to us like we were beneath them. On the day we visited this office we tried to get the procedure done on this day to avoid missing days out of school but they decided they couldn't do it and NEVER followed up with the referring orthodontist or us for next steps. Now my daughter has to miss the first few days of school because we asked for a different cosmetic dental office. I too am a professional and would never treat people in such a manner regardless of how I felt internally. And, I'm sad to say, "sometimes it be your own people."
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism at this dental office. I had an appointment scheduled, showed up on time, and waited outside for over 30 minutes, only to realize the office was closed. No one informed me that they had canceled my appointment or that the office would be closed for the day. This lack of communication is unacceptable. This isn't the first time either, my appointments are consistently rescheduled at the last minute without any consideration for my time. It's frustrating and shows a complete lack of respect for their patients. I will be finding a new dentist and cannot recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable care. And good luck getting ahold of them half the time they answer half the time they don’t. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
I scheduled appointments back in May which were not until July. I scheduled a pano x ray which I completed without issue, the went back for the cleaning upon which I am told it was booked as an emergency visit so they couldn’t do a cleaning. When I expressed my displeasure at their error costing me dental care I had already been waiting months for, they said it didn’t cost me anything, just come another day, a month later. Rude, unapologetic and didn’t even make eye contact. Said bc the dentist looked in my mouth (for literally one second) there would be no refund. Absolutely garbage service, rude, don’t go here unless you have to.
