I had such a pleasant dental experience at Inspira Dental Care. From the moment I called to see if they were accepting new patients, I receive true professionalism and stellar customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk and checked in expeditiously. I enjoyed the small talk with the hygienist, Kim, and appreciated how she explained everything that was going to happen and even during the cleaning, she let me know what was going on. The cleaning was great and very thorough. The dentist was so gentle and pleasant. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like I was being handled with proper care. I’m very happy I found this dental office.
I have received great dental care at this office for 35 years, and had concerns when it was purchased by Inspira, a large dental group. I am happy to report that I have continued to receive compassionate, competent and wonderful personalized care from the new providers. I am glad I stuck with them because I definitely found myself very appreciative of the top notch attention I received from Dr. Hannah a couple of weeks ago when I had two broken teeth. The dentist, dental assistant and the receptionist were especially good at explaining the procedures, the cost and coordinating the return visits I needed. I received the temporary and permanent crowns with little pain and lots of personalized attention. I especially appreciated the assistant working so carefully to make the needed adjustments to try and get my bite just right. All on their team truly worked together to help alleviate my dental problem.
I had my first visit with the Winston team yesterday, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about each one of the ladies there. I had some nerves prior to my visit, but Kim helped me feel at ease and like I was just catching up with a friend the moment I sat down. Dr. Hannah treats her patients with respect and kindness— just human to human manner. Tammie, who took my x-rays, was as sweet as can be, and Dani was so helpful and kind with scheduling and my insurance. If you’re looking for a new dentist but have any anxiety at all about going in the first place, but your nerves to rest and schedule with this team of amazing humans. You’ll be glad you did! 🫶
Awesome office and competent staff! Every visit I am greeted by a friendly face (Dani) who is very professional, welcoming, and kind! I have seen Dr. Hannah and Dr. Nichols during my recare visits; both ladies are personable and very sweet. I always enjoy talking with my hygienist Kim who does an excellent job and is very thorough! I’ve always had positive experiences at this office and highly recommend if you’re looking for a great team to take care of you.
Hands down the best dentist in every way possible! I’m ashamed to admit I have done my fair share of “trying out dentists” and so trust me, I would know. Dr. Hannah is a young dentist which I love because she’s up to date on all the new stuff and is amazing at what she does. Very educated, she walks you through every step and makes you feel super comfortable. Now the office staff… I had an issue in every form, regarding my insurance. The office manager was beyond cool, patient and super helpful. She helped me get everything situated and we were good to go! My smile is finally getting to where I want it to be, thanks to Inspira Dental Care!
