Hands down the best dentist in every way possible! I’m ashamed to admit I have done my fair share of “trying out dentists” and so trust me, I would know. Dr. Hannah is a young dentist which I love because she’s up to date on all the new stuff and is amazing at what she does. Very educated, she walks you through every step and makes you feel super comfortable. Now the office staff… I had an issue in every form, regarding my insurance. The office manager was beyond cool, patient and super helpful. She helped me get everything situated and we were good to go! My smile is finally getting to where I want it to be, thanks to Inspira Dental Care!
I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone receive treatment here. My experience was not a pleasant one and because of that, I will not return to this office. The experience left me feeling absolutely humiliated and emotionally victimized (though I am sure that wasn't there intent). Of course, they don't tell you the fees beforehand (aside from the price of the examination). So, I had a very limited budget, but I thought I would be fine because I knew they offered in-house plans. To make matters worse, the appointment was the day of my birthday. After doing the exam and x-rays and explaining what needed to be done, they then brought someone in to explain the pricing and whatnot...when I realized I couldn't afford it, even their in-house plan was over $460 just to get a broken tooth filled...They wouldn't do anything. I spent the next 10-15s in that chair trying to get anyone I knew in my phone to help me...and when I couldn't, I asked if they could do monthly payments..."No". No compassion, no empathy...just a cold "no". As I was checking out and paid the $160 for the "emergency exam and x-rays", I had to put my sunglasses on because I was starting to cry. I've never experienced an office that was so cold and so lacking in compassion and empathy. I still have a hole in my damn tooth that needs filled... They even had the audacity to call me the other day to ask if I wanted to come back...Really? After the way I was treated? Hard pass! There is nothing compassionate about this place. All they care about is profit. I understand professionals need to be paid, but have some caring empathy for those who do not have insurance! I work 62 hours a week, pay my bills. I work hard. I'm far from lazy...I could have paid half of the $460ish but they wouldn't work with me on anything. Fortunately, I have an appointment scheduled with a dental school in Charlotte in a few weeks and THEY do accept monthly payments. So, that's my story.
Dr. Hannah, Brittany, Tammy and Dani are all fabulous. From the warm and kind greeting from Dani as you enter to the incredibly knowledgeable Dr. Hannah, Brittany and Tammy, it's a very positive dental experience each time I visit. They make sure that all of my questions are answered and that everything feels good before I leave. They have a great team at WS Inspira Dental Care and it is clear that they respect each other as coworkers.
I have never had a more pleasant dental experience! Dr. Nowak and her team are AMAZING! as someone who has avoided the dentist for several years due to dental anxiety. This office was the best! Everyone in the entire office was so kind and understanding. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks!
I moved to North Carolina. Looked up this dentist. Because they took my insurance. I was so happy with them the first time and the second time when they had to extract a tooth. She was excellent ! It took no time at all. Now I'm getting ready to get a plate put in. I would recommend this dentist for anyone who is seeking a professional staff and very knowledgeable about all your dental needs. I have and fitted for a bridge. it all went so easy and very comfortable. I will be getting a new bridge this week and I'm so excited. I can't say more about this office! They are excellent at what they do so experienced so friendly I just can't say enough. Thank you thank you thank you!
