I love this office dearly. Went for my 2nd cleaning today, haven’t seen the staff in nearly 8 months and I was greeted like we were best friends who see each other everyday. Britney is such a sweet and funny hygienist, and Dr. Hannah is just the sweetest soul. They both remembered and asked me about small details in my life we had discussed the last visit, I was so surprised they remembered. Everyone is so nice and treats you like family. My teeth feel amazing, they are gentle and thorough. I would tell everyone I know to come here!
I had such a pleasant dental experience at Inspira Dental Care. From the moment I called to see if they were accepting new patients, I receive true professionalism and stellar customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk and checked in expeditiously. I enjoyed the small talk with the hygienist, Kim, and appreciated how she explained everything that was going to happen and even during the cleaning, she let me know what was going on. The cleaning was great and very thorough. The dentist was so gentle and pleasant. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like I was being handled with proper care. I’m very happy I found this dental office.
I have been a patient at this office since before it became Inspira. I’ve never had any experience there that fell even to the level of “pretty good”… and that culture of warmth, kindness and incredible service has continued, and even flowered under the change to Inspira Dental… a unicorn-level rarity in business changeovers. I had my first visit with the Winston team yesterday, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about each one of the ladies there. I had some nerves prior to my visit, but Kim helped me feel at ease and like I was just catching up with a friend the moment I sat down. Dr. Hannah treats her patients with respect and kindness— just human to human manner. Tammie, who took my x-rays, was as sweet as can be, and Dani was so helpful and kind with scheduling and my insurance. Kim did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She really works hard to get them all clean even with my permanent retainer. Dr. Hannah is the best. She is so kind and friendly and really knows what she’s doing. I trust her totally.
