I had a fantastic experience at Brittian Chiropractic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. I wish they were more honest about their services. If you want to be a contract only "provider", that is your right, but you should tell people before they pay $125 for x-rays and an exam. Call me old fashioned, but I feel like I have a right to decide how many visits I should have and what services I should pay for, without being penalized or told that I can't have a single adjustment until I sign a contract. Honesty is the best policy and I hate that I wasted my time and money at this establishment. I have since found another chiropractor who actually cares about my health and gives me power to make decisions about my own body (SHOCKING!!!) and adjusted me without a contract!!!!! This place and places like it are why people have negative opinions about chiropractic care. Y'all should be ashamed!
My first experience with Dr. Brittian was in 2010 and 2011 when his practice here first opened. Now I am back again from what I see this practice had it together! From office staff to doctors they are courteous and knowledgeable. Its been a while since I've been seen any office function as well as this Winston location. Keep up the good work!

The customer service there is fantastic, they make you feel at home. It's a very relaxing place to heal. And the doctor knows what she's doing, pays very close attention to detail. I'd recommend 1000%.
