I have been using Brittian's service for about four months now. I have had back and neck issues from a wreck I was involved in several years ago. I wish I had contacted them then. I have made much progress and am now on a maintenance program. They have done a good job. I have been treated well. If you are involved in an accident, do not go to the emergency room and expect a correct assessment. I made that mistake. I could have saved myself a lot of pain if I had let Brittiam assess the damage and treat the problem immediately after the accident.
I have not been to any doctors or chiropractors in almost 14 years and am always apprehensive of any visits. But with over a year of constant back pain I decided to reach out. The initial appointment was a lot easier to schedule than I anticipated, all of the staff and doctors were very friendly, and gave clear direction. The facilities were very nice and high end with a comfortable feel. I am looking forward to the follow up visit to see what can be done about the issues.
They were kind and courteous, they were thorough in the evaluation process and explained the findings to me.They were very knowledgeable on the subject, and give the suggested plan of attack to alleviate the issue, I was very impressed and glad I came in for the evaluation.
**I am editing to add that the owner did contact me and let me know that he was sorry for the staff charging me the wrong way, having weeks of miscommunications, non-communication and not knowing things that they should definitely know so I am changing my review to reflect this. I appreciate him calling to hear my issues with the practice.** I would NOT go here if you’re considering it! They are money hungry. I signed up on their $50 new patient exam, now they’re saying it’s $150! They did almost nothing! My next visit I sat with someone for 15 seconds and then laid on a table and they say that will cost me $85. So now I owe almost $300 for only TWO visits! They scheduled me like 40 appointments without asking too! THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $1,500 A MONTH and NOT TELL me! I had to ask over and over again to finally be told how much money they were going to take!!
