I had a great experience using their services. I submitted a request through their website and received a follow up within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment for the next day. The techs Isabel and RJ arrived right on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They assessed the situation and gave me a few options with varying level of scope to address the issue. Pricing was very reasonable and I went with their highest level of work suggested to rework the main water shutoff valve and piping in my crawlspace. They got to work and had the job completed within 3 hours of arriving on site. Very happy with the end result and they left the area clean and neat.
Our recent experience with Bodenheimer Plumbing to repair our water heater in time for Thanksgiving guests’ arrival was outstanding in every way. Prompt, courteous scheduling staff and exceptionally professional, efficient and polite service from Justin Bever, Plumbing Technician, made a stressful situation into a problem resolved! Highly recommend.
We have used Bodenheimer Plumbing Services several times and always received timely repairs. On the last service call, James and Troy came to address a problem with the hot water heater, which was only a year old and still under warranty. As soon as the problem was diagnosed, the water heater was replaced and we had hot water by early afternoon.
Had a sudden leak with irrigation system. Despite not being on their schedule Bodenheimer Plumbing came by to make the repair very quickly. Troy the technician did a great job.
Short story of it - this will be my first call if I have any more plumbing issues. Scheduling (Jennifer) and technicians (troy and I didn't get the other guys name) were amazing. Long story - Ok bodenheimer was not my first call but I wish they had been. I had a slow drain so I called roto rooter(robbers). They came out and couldn't clear the blockage so they don't me they would have to dig it out - but since it was right at 3 feet they would have to call the excavator ($5700 just for that) and replace the line. I asked why can't you just jet it out? Was told that's just a bandaid I need to replace the line (which wasn't cracked or damaged just old but still working). The estimate for that was 9000. I dunno about y'all but bandaid or not I've had cheaper ER trips. I just wanted the line cleared. I could seriously go get a plumbing certification for that much money. Anyway, so I begrudgingly scheduled to have them start the work in two days. Following day after the sticker shock wore off and I could think clearer I decided to get a second opinion and have someone else give a try. THANK GOD I DID. I called bodenheimer on a Tuesday afternoon and Jennifer who I spoke with when I called was so helpful and personable. I told her my situation and concerns and she had me scheduled for the next day and she said she was going to make sure she sent a tech who she was confident could help me. So Wednesday the techs - troy and I didn't get the other young man's name- showed up on time and got to it. They also couldn't clear the clog through the house and they really gave it their best shot. So at that point I was ready for all that since roto robbers couldn't get it through the house either. Here's where the different experience shows- troy said the next course was to dig out and replace my one way clean out thing (ugly thing sticks out of the ground and makes a heart stopping noise when you hit it w a mower) with a two way valve as it was just past the location of the clog. and then to run a camera and to jet it out. For WAY WAY less than what RR was proposing to do. Roto robbers I guess didn't want to get their slacks dirty and actually dig to replace the valve. So that laziness would've cost me 9k had I trusted roto robbers. Anyhow - troy and the other guys dug it out and cleared it and camera-ed it. Replaced with two way clean out and buried the pipe back. They did exactly what I needed - fixed it quickly and correctly. Everytime they had to come in they put on shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves (which should be a duh but other company left a path of mess which was great when I still couldn't run water to mop). Another thing that stuck out about troy was I asked why roto rooter wouldn't do what they did and I really wanted him to dog them out but he said in the most professional way that roto rooter didn't want to dig. That showed me a lot of professional integrity when he had to chance to really talk crap but he didn't (though I really wanted to hear RR are some scumbags who work on commission and were just trying to take advantage of me). Nevertheless - bodenheimer plumbing got me fixed in 4 hours. Didn't try and upsell me on services and were transparent, communicative, and respectful from start to finish. Call bodenheimer - you will not be disappointed. See attached video for the gross moment my drain gets unclogged
