I wasn’t really sure what was going on, only that my water wouldn’t drain. Mike and Jennifer were helpful in identifying that I probably need septic first. They were right, I did! but Jennifer kindly called back to check on me and it turns out I needed a plumber too. She made the apt right then and sent someone out to me within the hour. Justin was great, he explained everything to me and was pretty quick with the job. Justin went above and beyond cleaning up after himself. Thankful to be able to use my shower again!
I had a great experience using their services. I submitted a request through their website and received a follow up within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment for the next day. The techs Isabel and RJ arrived right on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They assessed the situation and gave me a few options with varying level of scope to address the issue. Pricing was very reasonable and I went with their highest level of work suggested to rework the main water shutoff valve and piping in my crawlspace. They got to work and had the job completed within 3 hours of arriving on site. Very happy with the end result and they left the area clean and neat.
We had a clogged bathroom sink that seemed impossible to unclog. We were looking at having to replace the entire drain, which would be very expensive. But Jennifer offered to try one more thing before we did that. She sent Troy out this afternoon. This guy is amazing! He tried several things but eventually climbed on the roof to run a snake in, and it worked! So a big thank you to Jennifer for going the extra mile for us. And an even bigger thank you to Troy, who knows his stuff.

Just excellent. I woke up on a Friday and my kitchen disposal was leaking under my sink. And, I was tired of my toilet insisting on refilling every 20 min unless I turned the water off. Bodenheimer Plumbing scheduled my appt later in the afternoon and fixed BOTH things. I am so happy. So happy.
