Beautiful concrete work! They were professional, prompt and just all around great to deal with. My backyard patio is ready for summer.
I hired Bobby"s concrete a few years ago to finish a job someone else could not seem to do, My walkways came out great but in the process they broke some lattice on my deck and he never followed through to fix it. I unfortunately paid him in full. I now have some scratches I need repaired and they can't seem to return a call. I find this very unprofessional, 1- not sticking to his word to fix my lattice and I had to hire someone else to fix and now he can't return a phone call. I left several messages and asked him to at least call me back to advise me on how to fix or recommend someone who can.
Initial Dean was responsive, showed up to give us a quote, answered questions, etc. After we notified him to move forward with the job, we only heard from him once. He was upfront initially to note that he was about 2 months out for scheduling, we accepted that. As that time came, we tried several times to contact him, unsuccessfully. Finally last week I received an email stating they would be at our place on the 14th to do the job, and he would call to confirm. I haven't heard from him since. Clearly he didn't show up to do the work, nor did he call. When I have tried to call him, my calls seem to be dumped or hung up on, I cannot even leave a voicemail. Very frustrating. If you didn't want to do our job, just say so to start with. Now I am at risk of not getting the project completed before winter. Very bad business practice.
They did a driveway addition for us. Very courteous men. Did an excellent job with everything. Cleaned up when they were finished. Would definitely use again and recommend them highly.
Left message. Sent email. Very unprofessional to not respond, even to say "not interested."
