I asked for 2 trees to be taken down and they did that, i also asked for the mulch from the cut DID NOT get that and they pushed the logs to the woods and I don't know if it is my property or not! Also they torn up my grass pretty bad and had to come back to grind up the stumps which were agreed to be done!! I won't use them again and I won't recommend them to any friends!!
My neighbor, an I needed a tree that we have in common trimmed back. Just so happen this morning I was I heard the sound of trees being cut. I go outside to meet Mr. Ramos get my free estimate. Staff was speedy, professional and they even used a blower to return our property also our street in A1 condition. Thanks 😊
I called many companies after Debbie came through. This was the only company that responded and they came out at the time agreed for a quote. Since no other company responded, I decided to give my business to them. Rene came out and gave me a quote for 2 trees, removal, 3 stump grinding and the removal of the mulch. Again, since no other company returned my calls or answered I went with this company. Rene told me the work would be completed in 2 hours. I was like wow, great. Again Rene reiterated 2 hours for the work to be completed. Service was scheduled for today August 16, 2024, arriving between 8:00-8:30am. They were on time and the crew did an amazing job getting the trees removed. They cleaned up; however, stump grinding was not done. Since I was told the job would be completed in 2 hours, I gave some wiggle room and made plans at 11:00 with my granddaughter. I waited and waited and I had to call and see at what time was the work going to be completed. Was told the guy doing the stump grinding was on his way and should be at my house around 12:10. Work was not completed until close to 3:00 pm. I called to express how I was told the work would be completed in 2 hours. I was told I had never been told that. So now I am a liar. I asked for some compensation since I had to cancel things I had planned for. I was told I would not be compensated. When the stump grinding was done, the mulch was not cleaned up. The guy said he knew nothing about it. So I began telling what I was offered and what I got was not the same. He calls the owner, Edwin. Edwin said they can’t give a time frame, so then why would Rene give me one. His main concern was that the job had been completed but failed to see what was offered and the reason I gave them the business, my money. I had in mind to continue to do business, but after this bait in switch, no way. My time is valuable and my plans were pushed back and 1 event had to be cancelled. Don’t offer something to hook someone, that is not good business. Yes, I was impressed with the work but not the practice and for that I will not do business with them again.
These guys are AMAZING!!! Professional! Great pricing! And they went above and beyond to clean up not only the debris from the work that they did, but also any debris and leaves from the storms from the past weeks from my deck, garden areas, driveway and all of my walkways around the property!! I have quite a few trees on my property and they took care of all of them!! I would highly recommend them!!
They were quick to respond and did a great job! We had an emergency situation with a tree that fell on our house during a storm and they were here within a couple hours getting the tree removed and tarping the roof so that we didn't have more water damage. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to others.
