First and foremost, Ingram's Tree Service did a fantastic job! We had a lot off trees covering our home where we couldn't see the road. It was dangerous to turn in and out of our own driveway. After explaining what we were looking for they came and completely transformed our front yard! They absolutely went above and beyond. I will definitely be recommending them for anyone who needs tree work done! Their quote was also the best out of 4 different companies! They were so helpful through the whole process and kept me updated.
This is a very professional company. They worked hard as a team, were very efficient & very caring! Ingram's Tree Service is also fair & reasonable with their prices. This was our 1st time using their service & we will definitely use them again in the future! Once you meet them, you will feel like family!
Great family business! All communication with Mark was prompt and when he promised! Showed up on time and performed exactly as needed, fully cleaned up, looked better than when he got here. He had plenty of qualified help, and it appeared they all fully enjoyed their work, and were very proud I would recommend them highly to anyone I know!
Mark and April, and all of their team, did an amazing job helping us clean up hurricane Debbie debris. Everyone was kind, respectful and intentional in their work There isn’t another person I would ever recommend or call again! Thanks for helping us get back to ‘normal’
Thank you, Duke Energy, for replacing the cable that Ingram's Tree Service yanked from my house when they were removing trees from a neighbor's and refused to fix it. Having approached the team (who were out there for two days) four times about it, each time denying it was their fault and laughing at me. On day 2, as they were leaving, I was able to flag down the foreman and show him video from one of my security cams. He continued to deny it was them even after seeing the video and was very unprofessional. I asked him a few times if he'd call Duke Energy to come out and inspect the hanging wire, and he eventually said he would. A week went by, so I called Duke, who stated no one had called. When Duke Energy came out to fix the snapped cable, the technician informed me that the Ingram's Tree crew had torn the neutral wire and that I "didn't have any neutral going to the house right now.". Several times that day, my cable lines were yanked as a result of their tree cutting, and every crew member either argued with me, saying it wasn't any of their doing, or found it funny. Clearly this was a safety issue, and definitely one they should have addressed because, as well as not now having this wire connected, it was also hovering 2-3 feet above my car, and I didn't know if it was live. So many OSHA violations.
