Highly recommend!! Sam my hygienist was super and took very good care of me. Ainsley was also awesome helping out with my evaluation. Dr. Price was helpful in explaining about procedures I need. All were great, give them a bonus! Lol. PS, please fix the 🛗 elevator .
This place is a joke.my husband went on a Friday for his scheduled cleaning that he had booked 6 months out. Only to be told that his hygienist don't even work on friday.he asked why no one called to inform him of this ,they replied they couldn't reach him. Funny how they were able to reach to confirm his appointment and to see if he was able to walk up the stairs since the elevator hasn't work in a year. This was the second time this it happened to him,also happened to my daughter who arrived to her appointment time was given the same excuse. I with for my cleaning waited 20 minutes past my time it took all of 15 minutes from start to finish to half way clean my teeth.I will be looking for new dentist office .
I was scheduled for a tooth extraction this past Tuesday and my experience was great. ! Dr. McCullough did an excellent job on the procedure by carefully & skillfully extracting the tooth. Emma was very polite and mindful of me during the procedure and was also patient. Angela provided vital information about post- op care that has been effective so far. Im glad that i had a polite & experienced team to do the procedure and i look forward to future dental visits with dr. McCullough and his assistants!
I’ve seen Dr. Wilson twice now and what a breath of fresh air! I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the area and I think I’ve finally found a gem. Had a root canal today and although those are not fun experiences, he explained each step, assured me along the way, was so very nice and you could tell extremely diligent in his processes. Hygienist Taj (spelling?) was super friendly and hardworking as well. I’m thankful to have found Riccobene and I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good dentist!
Dr. McCullough and his team are amazing. He is so patient with anyone that has trauma or fear of going to the dentist and takes the time to walk you through everything and explains what the process is. He also listens and understands what and how you are feeling. Hands down one of the best! I did have some confusion when checking out but Tiffany W. took the time to go over everything with me. She helped me to understand the process and everything that was involved on the checking out and getting my procedure booked. She took the time to email my information to me after I left as my new insurance was processing. She followed up with a phone call and made sure I was clear on everything and that I was all set for my procedure. THANK YOU Tiffany W.! She could clearly tell I was getting frustrated but she never once let that get to her. She calmed me down, explained everything in detail and we worked through it together. The world needs more people in customer service like her!
