My husband is a patient at University Dental. They under estimate how much insurance company will pay for procedures. They give him a balance to pay before leaving the office. Twice they've under estimated amount to pay and twice they've sent past due notices without sending a statement. Because there is a balance University Dental sends past due statements threatening to notify a collection agency. Small amounts. Needless to say we will contact our attorney if they ever report a balance to any agency. These balances occur because Universal Dental gives my husband incorrect amount to pay at time of service. Then claims our insurance company did not pay the amount they anticipated. The fault is theirs not my husbands. They need to do better. Or he will find another dentist.
Will never come here again. After getting my teeth cleaned, I was basically thrown back to the receptionist desk. Never got to see the dentist. No, I do want to come back and schedule another visit to see the dentist. I had this scheduled visit already and took time off work to do so. I said I would wait to see the dentist and was told I did not have a choice that none could see me. Will never come here again.
They take the time to explain everything I'm never disappointed. I finally have found someone I trust.
Was disappointed in my new dental hygienst . I was never told I was changing to someone new and that my former person had another position. I was disappointed in the cleaning. I was highly concern that she did not wear a hair covering and face shield with covid 19 surging. Also after my teeth were done all the previous staff check my teeth and gums again and this was not done. I have been a patient since 2007 and will be requesting another person.
Clean, lots of space I didn't have to wait long to be seen.
